We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff were incredibly professional at all points, and were extremely accommodating to our every need (welcome drink, early check-out and flexible breakfast, etc). The room was fabulous and exactly what we were hoping for - the AC was great, as was the WiFi. The room we had was silent at night, and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was also super - there was plenty of choice, and it varied each day which was a change from other hotels we have stayed at. Towels were provided as well as all bedding, and the room was thoroughly cleaned before our stay and tidied during it. The terrace in our room was lovely to sit out on in the evening, and the reception and entrance rooms were very welcoming (and brilliantly decorated). The hotel strives for perfection, and for our week-long stay it definitely achieved it. We would like to thank the staff for their amazing service before, during and after our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be sure to stay here if we return to Lisbon. Muito obrigado!

Thank you to all of the kind and friendly staff at Dear Lisbon Gallery House for making our first night in Lisbon so wonderful! They went out of their way to help us with storing our things when we arrived early and also after we checked out and had to go pick up our car. We were travelling with our road bikes and so kindly accommodated us with the most beautiful space to rebuild our bikes. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed, and everything was super clean! Thank you to the lovely housekeeper who found my bracelet and put it aside for me- it is a very special gift and I am so grateful it was found! Last, the breakfast was DELICIOUS!! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming place with top notch hospitality in an excellent location!

Lovely hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Even when we returned for two extra nights because our flight was cancelled they were welcoming. Big shout out to Tessa, Jaao Paulo and Jaao for being so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Our first rooms were large and comfortable and our second rooms were up in the attic, smaller but with balconies and a glimpse of the Tagus. The 28E tram trundles right past the hotel and we never tired of seeing them go by. Great location with lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The team greeted us warmly on arrival with a complimentary drink, they were helpful with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. We went for my partner's birthday and they arranged a cake without me mentioning anything. We were upgraded to a larger room with a really comfy bed. The hotel is centrally located, with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars around and a short walk to the water. The tram stops outside the hotel too. The team stored our luggage on our last night as we were travelling later in the day after check out.

Amazing front desk and staff - everyone was so welcoming and supportive. We had a lovely free upgrade to a suite which was so spacious with a little balcony. Breakfast changed each day and was fresh and tasty! Free tea & coffee in the lobby whenever and a nice place to chill, we did whilst waiting to leave for the airport. The location is so perfect! Close by to all the best coffee/brunch spots (The Folks, Dear Kirstoff, Neighbourhood) and restaurants (Green Street). Highly recommend and such good value for money! My parents stayed in January and recommended - we’re glad we listened!
