We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff were incredibly professional at all points, and were extremely accommodating to our every need (welcome drink, early check-out and flexible breakfast, etc). The room was fabulous and exactly what we were hoping for - the AC was great, as was the WiFi. The room we had was silent at night, and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was also super - there was plenty of choice, and it varied each day which was a change from other hotels we have stayed at. Towels were provided as well as all bedding, and the room was thoroughly cleaned before our stay and tidied during it. The terrace in our room was lovely to sit out on in the evening, and the reception and entrance rooms were very welcoming (and brilliantly decorated). The hotel strives for perfection, and for our week-long stay it definitely achieved it. We would like to thank the staff for their amazing service before, during and after our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be sure to stay here if we return to Lisbon. Muito obrigado!

I could write an essay on just how wonderful it was to stay at the Dear Lisbon Gallery House. Everything, from the moment we checked-in to our check-out, was absolute perfection. Never have I met a more caring and kind team. Everyone who I spoke with at the hotel showed my brother and I the upmost grace. We were welcomed with mini pastel de nata (Which was delicious) and then the staff helped us lug our heavy suitcases up the stairs. They all provided us with ample recommendations and even booked us a reservation at a local eatery. They were forthcoming with their advice and so pleasant to talk to. The hotel is also located in a great part of town. The breakfast was scrumptious and their pastries were to die for! The room itself was spacious and I loved that we had a balcony, the toiletries were Rituals (!!!) which was such a lovely touch. Catarina, Lulu, and all of the other staff members who helped me and my brother, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this such a special stay in Lisbon.

Marvellous hotel with brilliant staff, great breakfast and great location. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had all the facilities you could need. All the staff was very efficient and friendly, going above and beyond to help, and making my birthday extra special with a surprise treat. The breakfast had everything you could want, fresh and delicious food, great coffee and daily changes of menu. The location was brilliant, on a nice street in the city centre, we could walk everywhere we needed to be from there. Overall we had a wonderful experience that we'd recommend to anyone.

A really lovely hotel in a great location! The staff were fabulous, the breakfast was excellent. It had a lovely living room with a bar where they gave you free glasses of wine in the evening, a real bonus, and a nice place to meet and chat with other guests. It's beautifully done out and really comfortable. The room was up in the attic (not suitable if you have mobility issues as there is no lift, but fine for us) and had two terraces looking out over the street which was lovely. A huge comfortable bed and a separate sitting room bit, the bathroom was perfect too.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, every effort was made to meet our requests. The rooms and bathroom are of a very comfortable size. The choice at breakfast was good and fresh, even gluten free bread was available. Location is central in the old town and there is a stop of the famous tramline 28 right outside. There are numerous small restaurants and shops in the area. Although it is probably a 20 minute walk to the top main tourist places. I think it was good value for money in the centre of a European capital city.
